Unit Design produces soldering equipment, lead tinning systems and batch cleaning equipment for the printed circuit board industry. In 1985 we introduced the MDS series drag soldering machine which has gained a reputation for reliability, ease of use, flexibility and high production capability. We continued to innovate with the introduction of MIL-spec lead tinning equipment, cleaning / defluxing systems and stencil cleaners. Our batch cleaning systems are some of the industry's most flexible, with both aqueous and semi-aqueous cleaning models. These are available as both closed loop and open loop systems.
