Assel is Contract Manufacturing Services provider specialising in Electronics, Electromechanical Assembly and Systems Integration providing reliable and cost-effective solutions that serve global market leaders. Our competencies cover PCBA, Box Build, Systems and Cabinet Assembly. We are active both in PCBA and in Box Build/Systems Integration. Our services include complete Supply Chain Set-up and Management, Design Engineering, Engineering Support, Test Development, NPI, Testing and Inspection (SPI, AOI, X-ray, ICT, Functional tests). Our production space is highly organized; humidity and temperature controlled.
Assel’s business history in electronics goes back nearly 40 years. Customer portfolio includes mainly international customers, from predominantly industrial and medical field. We manufacture large variety of different products for our customers which range from 400 to 1000 different types of products in a year. Material purchasing structure is 50% electronics and 50% non-electronics, mechanics, cable harnesses, plastics, hydraulics, and others.
We offer comprehensive customized solutions for customers with complex diversified operations, which require high degree of engineering contribution, flexibility and proactive customer support. We are certified with Medical Devices ISO 13485 thus manufacturing several products which require more strict and controlled manufacturing processes. We also hold Business Continuity ISO 22310, in addition to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 26000 standard.
