Both SMT Processes and SMT Systems will be offered over May 19-22 at the Arden Hills, MN, Manufacturers' Services Ltd. (MSL) and over June 9-11 at the Bayside Convention Center in conjunction with SMTA Boston (see below).
The SMT Processes curriculum covers SMT Materials, SMT Components, Stencil Printing, Dispensing, Component Placement, Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, Test and Inspection, and Line Balancing.
The SMT Systems curriculum covers Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Problem Solving / Failure Analysis.
Both programs will be offered also in 2003 over September 22-25 in Chicago, IL, in conjunction with SMTA International, and over October 27-29 in San Jose, CA, in conjunction with NEPCON West / Fiberoptic Automation Expo.
