The winners from SMTA International 2007 are David Hillman and Matt Hamand of Rockwell Collins for Best of Conference for their work entitled "Lead-Free Feasibility Program: Assembly and Testing of a Functional IPC Class 3 Avionics Data Unit"; Randy Schueller of Dell for Best of Proceedings for his paper "Creep Corrosion on Lead-Free Printed Circuit Boards in High Sulfur Environments" and Matthew Kelly, Marie Cole, Jim Wilcox, Jim Bielick, Timothy Younger, and David Braun, IBM Corporation, for Best International Paper for their paper entitled "Qualification of a Lead-Free Card Assembly and Test Process for a Server Complexity PCBA."
The authors will formally be presented their awards at the SMTAI Opening Ceremony during SMTA International 2008 in Orlando, Florida.
