IPC – Association Connecting Electronics Industries® announces that Keenan Loubser has joined the IPC staff as senior director of certification programs. Loubser will oversee IPC’s certification programs, maintain and build relationships with IPC training and certification centers around the world and manage IPC’s certification team.
With nearly 20 years of experience in information technology, training and certification on an international level, Loubser most recently served as senior portfolio manager for certification and learning at Hewlett-Packard (HP). He held numerous management roles within HP’s training and certification arenas including: program architecture, development, delivery, partner learning, and business planning and strategy, serving a community of more than 750,000 certified professionals across the United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific region.
“Keenan is a great addition to IPC’s certification program staff,” said Dave Torp, IPC vice president of standards and technology. “His certification program expertise combined with his vast international experience at HP gives Keenan an acute understanding of the certification needs of IPC’s membership and the electronics industry as we continue to strengthen and advance IPC’s certification programs.”
