Mark will be the key individual for the marketing, sales and support of our product line that focuses on affordable, high quality, high yield BGA Rework Equipment. To include Split Vision BGA Rework Stations, Dry Bake Ovens, Table Top Reflow Ovens, Ultrasonic Cleaners and an array of Reballing Fixtures and Supplies.
Mark prestigious background includes over 20 years experience working with such companies as Silicon Graphics, Jabil, and Cobham Sensor Systems. He is a Certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Assessor (Cert# EC02035), a Certified ISO 14001:2004 Lead Assessor, has a Lifetime College Teaching Credentials in Industrial Technologies and was also a speaker at the 2001 Etronix Conference (Reworking FCBGAs).
We believe his experience will be invaluable in providing excellent customer service and support for our expanded product line.
