Assembléon introduced an expanded program of training sessions, support tools and services to guarantee worry-free PCB assembly throughout the lifetime of its pick & place machines. The expansion has been announced at Productronica in Munich, and will help electronics manufacturers to get the most out of their investments from the moment they get started with Assembléon’s equipment. Building on its award winning service and support organization, Assembléon is adding new on-site and remote services to its portfolio. These products support electronics manufacturers from purchase to end-of-life of their PCB assembly equipment. Two will see first light at Productronica: Machine Accuracy Verification (MAV) and Placement Force Verification (PFV), which help guarantee the performance of the A-Series equipment.
Getting started
Assembléon’s predefined products get customers off to a flying start. The company’s service engineers make installation easy, with product training worldwide helping operators and technicians to quickly understand their equipment.
Stabilize your production
Once equipment is installed, manufacturers need to run and maintain their production lines in the most efficient and stable way. Phase two of Assembléon’s service and support program offers more in-depth tools, services and training to help producers to reach this goal. These are backed by onsite support or via web based services like Assembléon’s remote diagnostics tools.
Optimize your production
The third and most advanced level of service offers customized and dedicated support to get the maximum out of the manufacturing process. Performance enhancing new products, process knowledge and optimizer tools help Assembléon’s customers to boost the performance of their lines.
Machine Accuracy Verification verifies and improves the accuracy of Assembléon’s A-Series to produce at the highest yield in the industry over the lifetime of a machine. Placement Force Verification checks the placement force of Assembléon’s placement heads in its A-Series equipment. Placement Force Verification can guarantee the correct placement of components as small as 01005 on boards as thin as 0.3 millimeters. Both MAV and PFV are offered as do-it-yourself tools or as services provided by Assembléon.
