Speedline Technologies will be exhibiting newly-introduced equipment and participating in the technical conference at SMTA International this coming October at the Fort Worth Convention Center, Fort Worth, Texas.
Speedline’s latest printing and dispense solutions introduced in 2013 include the MPM® Momentum™ Compact printer and CAMALOT® Prodigy™ dispense systems, new to the industry in 2013, in booth #602, for the exhibition Oct. 15 - 16, 2013. The Momentum Compact printer also features the EnclosedFlow™, an enclosed media print system that’s different from printing with squeegee blades. Solder paste is held within an enclosed chamber and pressurized during the print stroke to provide uniform aperture filling and superb printing performance especially for fine pitch devices, with less media waste.
Speedline’s Product Marketing Engineer, Michael L. Martel, will present “Enclosed Media Printing as an Alternative to Metal Blades” in the Technical Conference; dates for the conference are Oct. 13 - 17, 2013. Until recently, the performance of enclosed print heads had been comparable to the very best metal squeegees, but advances in enclosed print media technology have now made it a superior alternative to squeegee blades in virtually all applications.
SMTA International, the annual trade exhibition and technical conference of the Surface Mount technology Association (SMTA), will host 150 exhibiting companies and hundreds of visitors this year in Fort Worth, Texas. For more information, visit www.smta.org/smtai/.
