Best-in-Class Solutions on Display
In addition, Speedline will host on-going demonstrations throughout APEX of its:
Camalot® Prodigy™ SD Dispenser
The Camalot Prodigy SD dispenser employs breakthrough innovations to enable higher processing speeds, more precise dispense accuracies, and tighter tolerances. Prodigy SD is a high performance machine which offers an impressive XY dot placement accuracy of +/- 35 microns @3 sigma at full system speed for an unmatched level of performance. Flexible and configurable, the Prodigy SD will be equipped with the high speed jetting pump NanoShot, with jetting speeds up to 600 Hz.
MPM Momentum® Elite
Our high-performance Momentum® Elite printer will be featuring the unique OpenApps open software architecture. Open Apps is a portal to the emerging Industry 4.0 ‘Smart Factory’ vision. OpenApps creates new communication possibilities for easy two-way communication between the printer and, for example, the user’s own in-house Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Speedline is the first and only SMT equipment company to offer an open software architecture and all of the creative and process improvement possibilities that it brings.
PrinTrack which is also being featured, focuses on printing process parameters, solder paste and tooling, but can also seamlessly integrate with other equipment and elements in the manufacturing cycle. PrinTrack harvests data from the printer, including assembly part number, work order number, panel ID and other barcode information.
