MPM printers have a reputation for being fast, precise, and highly reliable, with performance unmatched by any other printer in their class. The New MPM 100 brings the quality and performance expected from MPM at a reduced price.
“With the combined knowledge and experience of the ITW EAE group, our engineers used Value Engineering principles to examine the functions of several areas of the product and were able to streamline the design for this platform without impacting performance,” said Mark Clemons, MPM Business Unit Manager. “By using these Value Engineering principles and limiting the number of advanced optional features, we were able to further reduce the cost of the base MPM 100 platform, allowing us to extend those cost savings to our customers.”
The MPM 100 is built on MPM’s world-class quality Momentum platform, with Wet Print accuracy of 20µm@6σ, Cpk ≥ 2, with 6σ capability designed-in and independently verified. Accurate and repeatable performance delivers quality products with fewer defects. The MPM 100’s reasonable cost of ownership ensures that you’ll see a faster ROI, and higher profitability going forward.
The MPM 100 can be used in-line, or as a stand-alone unit. It can be configured back-to-back to enable dual lane processing for higher throughput without increasing line length or capital investment. Front-side accessibility and service to the electrical system and solvent reservoir means no space is required between BTB machines
