Using 3D+2D technologies and both white light and laser imaging, measurement accuracy meets inspection accuracy for the first time. The S-1 not only interfaces with a range of solder paste printers to automatically correct print parameters on the fly but also can interface with pick-and-place systems to optimize placement accuracy.
