Proprietary SierraMate™ Windows®-based software provides an easy-to-use “1-2-3-Go” graphical user interface, featuring intuitive programming, automatic profiling and data collection for product traceability. The ECAT is “production ready” for high-volume assembly of straddle mount connectors.
The ECAT has been developed for volume assembly of straddle mount connectors, and high-efficiency convection heaters deliver energy to the leads. The unique, high response model allows precise profiles at very high throughput, while avoiding the risk of surface damage to the PCB.
The ECAT incorporates unique features such as Advanced Auto Profile that, together with precision indexing and automated data/event logging, account for its continuous productivity.
