The new exhibitors include Flexlink Systems Inc., a manufacturer of factory automation systems; Schiller LLC, a provider of production solutions to the solar industry; FujiFilm Dimatix, the world's largest supplier of drop on demand ink jet systems; and Espec, a leading manufacturer of environmental test chambers.
The event will include training courses, a technical conference and an exhibition, and will encompass solar manufacturing, reliability and standards. Processes and issues related to monocrystalline and polycrystalline photovoltaics, thin-film technology, inverters, power optimization, and related processes will be addressed. SEMA also will focus on urgent issues including long-term reliability, design for manufacturability and cost reduction.
The outlook for the solar industry is bright, and as the voice of the engineering and manufacturing community, SEMA is a vital contributor to the solar enterprise.
