Conductive Compounds Inc., a Hudson, NH (USA) based manufacturer of specialty materials for global printed electronics and electronic assembly industries, announced today the appointment of Janice “Eileen” Banfield as its new President. Eileen has taken on this new role since the passing of company co-founder and her husband, Donald L. Banfield, in March of this year. Conductive Compounds Inc. is now a woman-owned and managed business and Eileen will be responsible for directing its overall growth and expanding on Don’s vision to provide innovative quality products and solutions for the global electronic assembly market.
Samuel W. Pollard has been appointed as the new General Manager of Conductive Compounds, Inc. Sam brings a wealth of manufacturing, engineering and management experience including a deep understanding of CCI’s operations from his previous independent consulting for the company. Sam’s focus will be on the general management activities of Conductive Compounds including marketing, operations, accounting, HR and other duties to continue the company’s growth.
Rounding out the new management team is Ryan Banfield who has been promoted to the role of Vice President - Technical Services. Ryan brings over eleven years of hands on experience with Conductive Compound’s customers and their processes into his new leadership role. He has published several articles concerning the scope, use and troubleshooting of functional inks and coatings and is a sought after expert in the markets served by the company. In his new role, Ryan will be responsible for product development and oversee lab services, new business development, customer support, and account management activities.
